As Founder and President, Ryan launched Melon as a haven for clients and employees looking to escape the nonsense and apathy of large agencies. Ryan’s transparency and radically honest approach has cultivated many new successful partner and employee relationships at Melon.
Carryn Quibell
Partner & Business Operations
Carryn is responsible for strategic client partnerships and overall growth of Melon. Carryn is the former President and Partner at Manifest. She lead the agency through organic growth, two acquisitions, an at-scale merger and a Private-Equity sale.
Scott Rolf
Director of Finance
Scotty is a CPA that oversees all financial and accounting aspects of the business while driving the company's financial strategy and planning. He is responsible for collaborating with the team to assess the performance of the company through financial analysis and reporting.
Gina Calzaretta

Gina is a builder of process and a champion of success. She has led a wide variety of projects including Design Thinking, Digital Transformation, Digital and Social Media Marketing, Customer and Employee Experience, and Brand Marketing initiatives, across many different client verticals.
